PORTABILITY VALIDATION - September 17, 2026

RESULT

The local workflow passed in an independently copied folder and a clean Python
environment. FLORA project creation, uploads, image generation, native 3D, and
video generation ran in a separate organization outside FLORA Team Workspace.
That organization was accessed with the same authenticated user, who also has
FLORA Team membership. A wholly separate non-staff identity was NOT tested.
These checks establish portability and execution, not every customer's model
entitlements, available balance, or guaranteed visual quality.

CHANGES

- Added first-time setup, account/project selection, current model discovery,
budget tracking, and owned-asset upload instructions.
- Bundled the five glyph/sculpture/world image sets, five world clips, intro,
original reference edit, and static Geist Bold with its OFL license.
- Removed reliance on the shared canvas and authenticated native-mesh links.
- Flattened original indexed transparent glyph PNGs to opaque RGB on white.
Their hidden green palette backgrounds contaminated the initial image tests.
- Corrected image-to-3D ordering: a sculpture exists before reconstruction.
Procedural capture-first geometry is a separate, explicit option.
- Added arbitrary ASCII letter/digit PNG/SVG/outline export. Updated Blender
arguments and bounds-based scaling so it can build those new glyphs.
- Added a local video assembler, editable relative-path manifest, input checks,
  output-overwrite protection, and a checksum-based preflight.
- Added local-file-to-upload mapping guidance to prevent opaque URL mix-ups.

EXECUTED LOCAL CHECKS

- Installed requirements into a fresh isolated Python 3.9 environment on macOS:
Pillow 11.3.0 and fontTools 4.60.2. PyYAML 6.0.3 was used only by the skill
validator and is not a runtime requirement for this package.
- Skill-creator quick_validate.py: PASS.
- Preflight: all bundled hashes, Python imports, curl, FFmpeg, libx264 PASS.
- Independent agent copied the folder to a path containing spaces and ran
from a different working directory. No network or FLORA access was used.
- Example output: H.264, yuv420p, 1080x1350, 25fps, 325 decoded frames,
exactly 13.000 seconds. Full decode and sampled chapter boundaries passed.
- B/Q/8 exported as PNG, SVG, and JSON. All contours closed; hole counts
were B=2, Q=1, 8=2. PNGs are opaque RGB with white backgrounds.
- Blender 5.2.1 exported B as a valid self-contained GLB (290 named nodes),
saved a .blend scene, and rendered its PNG. Both normal and --skip-render
modes completed. Blender's sandbox startup crash required host permission.
- Windows/Linux commands are documented, but those operating systems were
not executed in this test. Blender 4.5 is the original target; 5.2.1 was used.

EXECUTED FLORA CHECKS

- Created an isolated project in a separate organization, with no writes to
the original shared canvas or FLORA Team Workspace.
- The signed local-upload helper completed an image upload and finalization.
Opaque glyph and HTTPS-source imports also reached ready status.
- Four Krea image requests completed, including the multi-reference endpoint.
- One Tripo H3.1 native request completed and exposed an owned textured GLB
  and provider preview (75,490 triangles).
- One Kling 2.5 Turbo Pro image-to-video request completed: H.264, 1292x1604,
24fps, approximately 5.04 seconds. It used the verified bundled F world.
Sampled playback showed a stable gallery with a small forward camera move.
- A local assembly was also run with that freshly generated clip.

VISUAL TEST LIMITS

The early image attempts were rejected. Besides the transparent source issue,
the manual live test selected a wrong opaque storage URL for a construction
reference. The affected image/3D runs prove endpoint execution only; they are
not approved sculpture or interior results and do not prove an end-to-end
fresh artwork reproduction. The shipped workflow instead selects and inspects
named local files before uploading, and keeps their completed URL mapping.
The successful video used an approved bundled world, not a rejected image.
New campaigns still need the visual review and budgeted iteration in SKILL.md.

Actual test usage: images $0.312 + native 3D $0.360 + video $0.294 = $0.966.
No further paid reruns were made beyond the original $1 test cap.

EXTERNAL USER REQUIREMENTS

For the local example: documented local tools and the complete folder only.
For fresh FLORA work: a file/terminal-capable agent, their own FLORA OAuth
connection, project/upload/run permissions, available model access and balance.
The package contains no credentials, private workspace IDs, or test project IDs.
An actual non-staff login remains the final account-specific acceptance check.
